To be eligible, you:

Must be 21 to 65 years old for principal and 13 to 65 years old for supplementary

 

Must be an existing cardholder for at least 12 months with a credit limit of Php20,000 and above, of any of the following credit cards:  Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Diners Club, American Express, BPI or Unicard

 

Must have a landline in the place of work/business

 

Applications without the required documents or with incomplete information will not be processed

 

Previously declined applicants can only re apply after 6 months.

Photocopy of Statement of account

 

Photocopy of actual credit card

 

Photocopy of credit card charge slip and photocopy of actual credit card
